Zinc Systems is UK-built and independently certified to ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials, serving security and FM providers, real estate portfolios, and critical infrastructure operators. SYNAPSE needed to work in basements, plant rooms, and dead zones just as reliably as it works at street level. Offline Synchronization Field personnel operating in subterranean, remote, or poor network coverage areas. Local Realm database caching with idempotent sync queues and background retry logic.
Battery Optimization Continuous GPS tracking during extended shifts severely depletes battery life. Motion-aware dynamic location intervals, balancing update frequency between stationary and active states.
Data Security & Integrity Guard logs and incident reports must remain tamper-proof for legal compliance. AES-256 local encryption, TLS in-transit protection, and cryptographic media hashing.
Low-Latency SOS Critical emergency alerts demand immediate delivery to security control desks. WebSocket integration backed by high-priority push notifications (FCM / APNs) with multi-channel fallback.
