About the Role

XFactr™.AI is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing design and product team. The ideal candidate will help design intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences for modern enterprise applications.

Note: This role is for our global enterprise client in the energy management and industrial automation domain.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and usability analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups for new features and applications.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences.
Ensure consistency with design systems, brand guidelines, and UX best practices.
Improve user journeys and optimize existing interfaces based on feedback and usability testing.
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in UI/UX design or related field.
Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and visual design concepts.
Understanding of responsive design and usability best practices.
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic front-end concepts.
Experience with design systems and component libraries.
Exposure to enterprise or SaaS product design.
