XFactr™.AI is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, enabling the development of scalable and high-performing enterprise solutions.
This role is for our global enterprise client in the energy management and industrial automation domain.
Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and usability analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups for new features and applications.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences.
Ensure consistency with design systems, brand guidelines, and UX best practices.
Improve user journeys and optimize existing interfaces based on feedback and usability testing.
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
UI/UX Design Experience
0–2 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
User-Centered Design
Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.
Design Tools
Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
Wireframing & Prototyping
Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and visual design concepts.
Responsive Design
Understanding of responsive design and usability best practices.
Creative Problem Solving
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
