XFactr™.AI is looking for a QA Engineer (Manual) to ensure the quality, usability, and reliability of modern enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong manual testing experience, a keen eye for UI quality, and the ability to collaborate effectively with development and product teams.
This role is for our global enterprise client in the energy management and industrial automation domain.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute detailed test cases and test suites based on user stories.
Perform rigorous functional and visual UI testing to ensure a high-quality user experience.
Identify, isolate, and document bugs with clear, actionable defect reports.
Participate in all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprints, Stand-ups, and Planning.
Partner with Development and Product teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Manual Testing
3+ years of experience in manual software testing.
UI Testing
Strong eye for layout, consistency, and UX edge cases.
SDLC, STLC & Scrum
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Scrum.
Jira & Browser Developer Tools
Proficiency in Jira and browser developer tools.
Analytical & Communication Skills
Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and time management.
