XFactr™.AI is looking for an experienced QA Engineer with a strong Electrical Engineering background to join our team in Bangalore. The role focuses on validating electrical calculation engines and ensuring high-quality functional, UI, and API testing.
B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering · Bangalore, Karnataka
Key Responsibilities
Validate electrical calculation engines, including IEC standards, cable sizing, tripping curves, and short-circuit calculations.
Create and execute functional, UI, and API test scenarios.
Collaborate with product owners and developers to translate electrical requirements into test cases.
Lead QA efforts in Agile sprints and ensure high product quality.
Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Electrical Network Design & IEC Standards
Strong knowledge of Electrical Network Design and IEC Standards, including IEC 60364.
Manual Testing & QA
Experience in Manual Testing and QA methodologies.
API & UI Testing
Hands-on experience with API and UI testing.
Automation & Scripting
Familiarity with Selenium, Playwright, or Rest Assured and scripting in Java, JavaScript, or Python (preferred).
QA Tools
Experience with Jira, Xray, or similar QA tools.
Electrical Engineering
B.E / B.Tech qualification in Electrical Engineering.
