About the Role

XFactr™.AI is looking for a skilled OutSystems Developer to join our engineering team and build scalable, enterprise-grade applications using the OutSystems low-code platform. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and delivering digital solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Note: This role is for our global enterprise client in the energy management and industrial automation domain.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy applications using the OutSystems low-code platform.
Build scalable and high-performance web and mobile applications.
Integrate OutSystems applications with external systems, APIs, and databases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, UI/UX designers, and backend developers.
Perform application testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Ensure applications follow security, scalability, and coding best practices.
Maintain and enhance existing applications to support evolving business requirements.
Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning and reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of experience in application development with OutSystems platform.
Strong knowledge of OutSystems Service Studio and Integration Studio.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and system integrations.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web technologies.
Understanding of database design and SQL.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile environments.

Good to Have

OutSystems Associate or Professional Certification.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to enterprise-scale application development.
