About the Role

XFactr™.AI is seeking an experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our engineering team. The role involves building scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-stack development and a passion for creating efficient, user-friendly digital solutions.

Note: This role is for our global enterprise client in the energy management and industrial automation domain.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Design and implement responsive user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless solutions.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best development practices.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to sprint planning and releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD workflows.
Understanding of database design and performance optimization.
Experience working in Agile development environments.

Good to Have

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerization technologies.
Familiarity with Redux, Next.js, or other React frameworks.
Exposure to DevOps practices and automated deployments.
