About the Role

XFactr™.AI is looking for an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, enabling the development of scalable and high-performing enterprise solutions.

Note: This role is for our global enterprise client in the energy management and industrial automation domain.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
Design scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to sprint planning and development cycles.
Integrate applications with databases, cloud platforms, and third-party services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Full Stack Web Development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
Strong backend development experience using Java, Node.js, or similar technologies.
Experience working with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of web application security and performance optimization.

Good to Have

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized environments.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and automated deployment pipelines.
Experience building enterprise-scale applications.
