About the Role

XFactr™.AI is looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead (Java + Angular) to drive the development of scalable, enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will lead development teams, design robust full-stack architectures, and ensure high-quality delivery of digital solutions.

Note: This role is for our global enterprise client in the energy management and industrial automation domain.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.
Architect scalable microservices-based systems and modern web applications.
Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, DevOps teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Oversee application performance, security, and scalability.
Conduct code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture planning.
Drive Agile development practices, sprint planning, and delivery management.
Ensure seamless integration with REST APIs, enterprise systems, and cloud environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in software development with strong full-stack expertise.
Advanced proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Strong experience with Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.
Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
Strong understanding of software design patterns and scalable architecture.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex enterprise projects.

Good to Have

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and automated deployments.
Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation projects.
