About the Role

XFactr™.AI is looking for a detail-oriented Project Planner to support planning, scheduling, and coordination of large-scale engineering and digital transformation projects. The role involves working closely with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Note: This role is for our global enterprise client in the energy management and industrial automation domain.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource plans.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and milestones.
Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to track deliverables.
Identify potential risks or delays and support mitigation planning.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
Track project performance metrics and ensure compliance with project goals.
Support budget tracking and resource allocation across multiple projects.
Participate in project planning meetings and status reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project planning or project coordination roles.
Strong experience with project scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
Excellent understanding of project lifecycle and planning methodologies.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

Experience working with engineering or industrial automation projects.
Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
Familiarity with data reporting tools or project dashboards.
