About the Role

XFactr™.AI is looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our team and work on advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions. The role involves analyzing large datasets, building predictive models, and generating actionable insights that support business decision-making.

Note: This role is for our global enterprise client in the energy management and industrial automation domain.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
Design and develop machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions.
Build data pipelines and workflows to process structured and unstructured data.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate data insights into practical solutions.
Develop and deploy scalable data science and AI models in production environments.
Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and model evaluation to improve model performance.
Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Data Science or related roles.
Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Knowledge of data processing tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib.
Strong understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms.

Good to Have

Experience with big data technologies like Spark or Hadoop.
Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Exposure to energy management, industrial analytics, or IoT data environments.
