About the Role

XFactr™.AI is looking for an experienced Product Owner to drive the development and delivery of innovative digital solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.

Note: This role is for our global enterprise client in the energy management and industrial automation domain.

Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy.Gather and translate business requirements into detailed user stories and product specifications.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog to align with business goals and customer needs.
Work closely with engineering teams, designers, and stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery.
Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
Ensure that delivered features meet quality standards and business expectations.
Monitor product performance and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of experience in product management or product ownership roles.
Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ability to translate business needs into technical product requirements.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with enterprise-level software products.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

Experience working with digital platforms, SaaS products, or enterprise applications.
Knowledge of data-driven decision-making and product analytics.
Understanding of AI-driven or data-centric products.
Experience collaborating with global teams and enterprise clients.
